Brave is a registered investment advisor (RIA) and a robo-advisor that offers personalized investment strategies and actively managed portfolios with a focus on alternative asset classes such as private equity, designed to help clients grow their wealth and achieve their financial goals.
Do I have to be an accredited investor to invest in Brave?
No, you do not have to be an accredited investor to invest with Brave. Brave offers investment opportunities to both accredited and non-accredited investors with investment minimums starting as low as $500.
Do I have to be an accredited investor to invest in Brave?
Brave offers liquidity for private equity investments through feeder funds in the form of interval funds or special purpose vehicles, which allow investors to buy and sell shares on secondary markets. NAVs are calculated quarterly and include cash reserves and liabilities of feeder vehicles.
What types of investments does Brave offer?
Brave offers a range of investment options, including publicly traded stocks and bonds, private equity funds, real estate, private credit, collectibles, and cryptocurrency, among others. We provide clients with access to alternative asset classes that may offer greater diversification and potentially higher returns than traditional investments.
What fees does Brave charge?
Brave charges fees that vary depending on the level of service and investment strategy chosen by the client. For our automated portfolios, Brave charges an annual management fee of 0.30%. For our actively managed portfolios, which includes access to private equity investments, fees start at 1% and are dependent on the investment strategy and amount invested.
